# Team and roles

> Invite people into a client space, choose their role (administrator, member, viewer), understand what each role allows and read the audit log.

## Inviting

From **Team** in the client space, invite a person by e-mail address with a role. The invitation expires on the date shown; the person joins the space by accepting it. A "member joined the organisation" notification is sent by e-mail according to your preferences.

Each person accesses this space only, never another client's.

## Roles of a client space

| Role | Scope |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Manages the team, targets, pentests, orders and the space's settings. |
| Member | Prepares and launches pentests: targets, ownership proof, Guidance and remediation tracking. |
| Viewer | Reads published results and reports, without launching or changing anything. |

A role is changed from the member's menu. You cannot change your own role.

## A partner's team

Agency roles (admin, analyst, viewer) are described in [Console and client spaces](https://docs.spectr-ai.eu/en/partenaires/console). A partner's analysts and viewers see the client space assigned to them without being part of its team.

## Audit log

**Audit log** lists the actions of the space: who, what, when, on which object. Filter by period, author and object, then export a bounded extract. Sensitive actions (launch, testing authorisation, report sharing, role changes) appear there.
