SpectrAI notifications in the application and by e-mail, the reminders sent once per event, and how to set your preferences without losing the essential messages.
In the application#
The notification centre of the client space signals the events that concern you:

| Report ready | At the automatic publication of a report. |
| Critical vulnerability | When a critical finding is published on a target. |
| Test interrupted | When a pentest failed or is blocked; the notification leads to the reason and the possible next step. |
| Ownership proof to renew | 7 days before the 90-day expiry. |
| Retest window closing soon | 7 days before the end of the sixty days, if an included batch remains. |
| Second evaluation available | On the agreed date of the annual programme. |
| Scheduled pentest within three days | 3 days before a scheduled launch. |
| Schedule paused | When a scheduled pentest could not start: missing evaluation, proof to renew, missing Guidance, invalid authorisation. |
| Remediation deadline reached | When the date set in a finding's tracking is reached. |
| Accepted risk to review | When the review date of an accepted risk is reached. |
| New client | In a partner's console, when a client space is created. |

Reminders are sent once per event. An address that bounced or complained is removed from optional sendings.
Preferences#
From My account, e-mail preferences section:
- a general switch pauses every optional product e-mail without changing your detailed choices;
- each optional message can be enabled or disabled.
Essential messages (access, security, invitation) are always sent.
Sender#
E-mails are sent from the platform's domain, under the name of SpectrAI or of your white-label partner. The sending address is not a monitored mailbox: to write to us, use the contact page.
