The annual programme
Two full evaluations of the same application over twelve months: when to launch the second one, how to adjust its agreed date, what happens at the end of the contract and how it differs from active monitoring.
Principle#
The annual programme is a twelve-month service commitment on one named application: one full evaluation at the start, a second one around six months or on an agreed date. Each report entitles you to two retest batches within sixty days. There is no automatic renewal.
Payment#
Prepaid, or twelve fixed instalments. The first charge precedes the first launch. With instalments, the schedule counts eleven instalments after the first one, never a thirteenth.
The second evaluation#
The second evaluation becomes available on the agreed date. The application balance and the partner portfolio show it; a notification informs you when it is available. A SpectrAI operator can adjust the agreed date at your request, with a justification and an audit trail.
One programme per application#
A second annual programme is refused on an application whose programme is active, unpaid or in verification.
End of the contract#
A prepaid contract ends at the end of its term, or when its two evaluations have been consumed and paid. The retest batches of reports already published remain usable within their sixty-day window, even after the end of the contract.
Limits of the programme#
- The programme includes neither active monitoring nor permanent testing.
- The commitment is twelve months: the programme cannot be cancelled from one month to the next.
- Scheduled pentests (monthly or quarterly) debit one evaluation at each launch; an annual programme provides only two.
