White label

Deliver SpectrAI under your brand: identity and logo, e-mails, preview, custom domain and e-mail sender. What is automatic and what requires activation.

What the white label covers#

ElementBehaviour
Name and logoDisplayed in the client space, online reports and PDFs.
Accent colourApplied to the client space with a computed contrast so it stays readable.
E-mailsClient notifications carry the brand name. Without a custom name, the firm's registered name is used.
Custom domainA subdomain of your choice for the client space, after activation by SpectrAI.

The SpectrAI identity does not appear in a white-labelled client's space; links to the SpectrAI public site are not offered there.

Configuring the identity#

  1. In the console, open Agency settings then White label (also accessible from onboarding).
  2. Fill in the name, upload the logo and choose the colour.
  3. Check the preview, then save.

The E-mails tab shows a preview of the messages sent to clients.

Custom domain#

Activating a domain is manual and done with SpectrAI:

  1. Preferably enter a subdomain (for example portal.your-firm.com) in the Domain tab, and create a CNAME record pointing to spectr-ai.eu.
  2. SpectrAI verifies the DNS, adds the domain to its configuration and puts it into service with a valid certificate.
  3. Once the domain is active, your clients sign in through this domain. On this domain, the application manifest and icons carry your brand, and the SpectrAI public site is never served.
  4. To remove a domain, first ask for its removal from service, then delete the DNS, to prevent a third party from taking over the subdomain.

E-mail sender#

Sending e-mails from your own domain requires a sending domain verified and linked to your agency by SpectrAI. Without it, messages are sent from the platform sender, under your brand name. The sending address is not a monitored mailbox; contact requests are answered to their author.
