Client spaces

Create a client space, invite the client and its team, assign analysts, prepare the first target and follow what is blocking, from the partner's console.

How-to guide · Partners1 min read

Prerequisites#

  • The administrator role in the agency.

Creating a client space#

  1. In the console, open Clients then Add a client.
  2. Name the space and fill in the client's details.
  3. The space appears in the portfolio with its state: target to add, ownership proof to complete, no pentest launched, operational.

Inviting people#

  • For the partner's team, invite a teammate from Agency settings with their role (administrator, analyst, viewer). Analysts and viewers only see the clients you assign to them.
  • For the client, the Team tab of the client space invites the client's contacts. Each of them only accesses this space, never another client's. An invitation expires on the date shown.

Assigning analysts#

In the client's record, assign the analysts and viewers who need access. An administrator sees all clients without assignment.

Preparing the first target#

Enter the space, add the target, start the ownership proof and write the Guidance, as a direct client would (see Your first pentest). The client can also do it themselves from their space.

Following what is blocking#

The Overview lists the clients that need an action before the next pentest: ownership proof to complete, no pentest launched, finding to review. The portfolio shows for each client its targets, pentests, findings and its last activity.

Audit log#

Each client space has its own audit log, with filters by period, author and object, and a bounded export. Sensitive actions (test authorisation, report sharing, role change) are traced there.
